To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items, except for live plants and perishable goods such as fertilizers, soil, and seeds. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Live Plants: We take great care in packing and shipping live plants, but sometimes they may be damaged during transit. If your live plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the plant and packaging. We will either replace the plant or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fertilizers, soil, seeds, and other similar items.
