Our merchandise is sold on an outright sale basis and is not subject to return unless mis-shipped, damaged, defective, or eligible for return as per the guidelines below. Please note that any shipments refused for reasons other than freight damage will incur freight charges both ways and a restocking fee.
Eligibility for Returns:
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items, with the same exclusions as noted for returns. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for exchanged items unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Live Plants: We take great care in packing and shipping live plants. If your live plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the plant and packaging. We will either replace the plant or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fertilizers, soil, seeds, and other similar items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If the item was received as a gift, a gift certificate will be issued to the customer.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been used. We also reserve the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
