You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that all of these plants come from my own garden and are dug and shipped the same day. NO plants are shipped as potted, and your plants will all be shipped as BARE ROOT. They will be wrapped in damp paper towels and placed into plastic bags. The plants will also be trimmed back for better shipping and help with transplant shock. Any remaining foliage should be expected to wilt and wither when being transplanted. This does not mean that the plants are dead; the majority of the plants take several weeks to bounce back. If there is an issue with an order, please reach out to me; I'm happy to resolve any issues that you may have without automatically leaving neutral or negative feedback.

2) Plants will have some dirt on them upon arrival.

5) Pictures of the plants are when they are in full bloom and will be trimmed back at the time of shipping.

7) Most plants will be shipped in small envelopes unless it is a larger order.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, except for live plants and perishable goods such as fertilizers, soil, and seeds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items, except for live plants and perishable goods such as fertilizers, soil, and seeds. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges for the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt
Live Plants: We take great care in packing and shipping live plants, but sometimes they may be damaged during transit. If your live plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the plant and packaging. We will either replace the plant or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fertilizers, soil, seeds, and other similar items.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If the item was received as a gift, a gift certificate will be issued to the customer.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been used. We also reserve the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
