To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges
Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items, except for live plants and perishable goods such as fertilizers, soil, and seeds. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges for the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt
Live Plants
Live Plants: We take great care in packing and shipping live plants, but sometimes they may be damaged during transit. If your live plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the plant and packaging. We will either replace the plant or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
